Product Notes

LIGHT AT MT. FUJI WAS CREATED ON THE SLOPES OF MT. FUJI DURING THE TIME AEOLIAH GAVE A CONCERT TOUR IN TOKYO JAPAN IN 1992. DURING A MEDITATION WITH SIX WONDERFUL FRIENDS IN YAMANAKAKO, MT. FUJI, AEOLIAH WAS IMPROVISING AND TUNING INTO THE HIGH ENERGY OF THIS SACRED MOUNTAIN, AND THAT IS HOW THIS ALBUM CAME MAGICALLY TO MANIFEST. THE MUSIC EMANATES MEMORIES AND ECHOES OF ANCIENT TEMPLES OF THE WORLD, HIDDEN FROM THE MODERN WORLD, BUT STILL ACTIVE IN POWER-POINTS AROUND THE WORLD LIKE MT. SHASTA, MACHU PICCHU, EGYPT, UXMAL, PALENQUE, GREECE, JAPAN AND INDIA. 'I wanted to create a special kind of music from the ancient world that would usher in a new wave of cosmic energy coming into our planet during this time of planetary transformation and re-energize these sacred sites and power points on the earth with New Light and Devotion.'......Aeoliah Mt. Fuji, Japan 1992 The music is truly ambient, and like the crystal singing bowls of Tibet, there are resonant overtones of sound that create a hypnotic trance-like state that elevates the listener into a higher euphorid state.
