Many People are seeking to create peace and relaxation in their lives. In the busy world we live in, it is easy to remain focused outside of ourselves. Meditation is one way to relax and begin to return balance to our lives by focusing within. As a Professional Counselor, and Spiritual Mentor, I know the impact of positive thinking and the power that comes from looking within for balance and peace. I talk to people every day who are struggling with something in their lives. We are taught to make time for everything external, our jobs, for other people, for entertainment, etc., but we usually put ourselves last on the list. How many activities really allow you to connect with your True self. If we are to truly become balanced, healthy, and successful people, I believe that we must take time out to go within ourselves. This particular meditation incorporates the use of denials as well as affirmations. Through denials and affirmations we can begin to create changes in ourselves and therefore in our lives as well. We deny the reality of illusions. Then we plant the new seed through affirmation, which is for our highest good. This is simply a first, practical step in a process of change. This CD is intended to guide you through a basic meditation process that you can use daily. Track two is provided to give a more specialized focus by using statements of affirmation to assist you in the establishing of peace and relaxation in your life.
