The County Boys forged their sound years ago in a Peterborough kitchen. As a three piece; guitar, bass and banjo, they have cooked up a sound that will make you get your dancin' shoes on. Their three part harmonies are a main ingredient, mixed with a sound that is somewhere between bacon and carrot. The band has many tantalizing flavors as each member writes and sings their own songs. Together they have thrown hillbilly, country, punk, pop and some other ingredients into the pot and come out with something they can call their own. Multiple cross Canada tours, CBC radio play and two albums later, the County Boys have had a chance to perfect this recipe, trying it out on the Sudbury and Dauphin music festivals as well as the numerous bars, cafes, and house parties, that stretch from Ontario to either coast. They have also gained respect sharing the stage with Tom Wilson, Fred Eaglesmith, Willie P. Bennet, WashBoard Hank, The Perpetrators, and Wendell Furguson, Whether the crowd is big or small the County Boys put on a high energy show. They hope see you dancin soon.
