ImportCDs.com sources brand new, genuine music CDs from all across the globe. Import CDs often have different track listings than their domestic US counterparts.
DVD Information:
The DVD's for purchase are Region 1 DVD's. This means that the DVD's are only able to play on DVD players made within the United States and Canada. Payment Options:
ImportCDs.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Your card will be charged only when your order ships. Provided credit card information is transferred via a secure (SSL) online ordering system.
ImportCDs.com accepts PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Credit Card information is processed via 128-bit secure encryption (SSL) through our online ordering system. Orders paid by Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal Check will not be shipped until payment is received and verified.

Order Processing:
Most orders will ship the next business day after the order is received and processed. Note: Some titles are limited in production. Immediate shipment cannot always be guaranteed. You can check the status of your order by selecting the "Order Status" link at the top of the screen. The order information is updated daily.
US Orders are shipped via US Postal Service First-Class mail. International Orders are shipped via Airmail.
Backorders:
ImportCDs.com maintains a large inventory to minimize backorders.
To cancel an existing backordered item, please fill out our contact form on our contact page . Be sure to reference your order number in the correspondence. Outstanding orders greater than 30 days will automatically cancel out unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened title within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price with the exception of vinyl LP's. Vinyl LP's are non-refundable without a "return authorization number (RA Number). Please fill out our contact form on contact page for a RA number should a vinyl product need to be returned to the warehouse. Note: we cannot refund shipping and handling charges unless
- We made an error with your order
- The item was defective or
- The product was damaged in shipping.
Please note that some imported items are shipped without plastic wrap. This is standard packaging process used in many countries outside of the USA. Please be assured that the merchandise you receive are NEW unless otherwise noted. In the event an item is found to be damaged or defective, the item will be replaced with a like title. We cannot substitute for another item. If the item is of limited quantity or cannot be replaced, we will credit your account upon receipt of the defective merchandise.

Concerning images, or product descriptions: We try our best to provide up-to-date images and descriptions but occasionally make errors. In most cases the only information we have available on a given title is what we have listed. If the image we show is different than the description, please let us know before you buy. We don't want you to be disappointed when you receive something other than what you thought you purchased.
Regarding the status of your payment or order: We always confirm your payment via email, so please make sure your email software does not filter out our system messages. The best way to track the processing of your order is to use the Order Status link located on the toolbar at the top of every page on the website.
