Terms and Conditions
The purchasers of products and/or services from importcds.com.com or any affiliate thereof ("importcds.com.com") are subject to the following terms and conditions. The term "Purchaser" shall mean the party placing an order with importcds.com.com and identified as such in any document attached here to ("attachment"), this document and all attachments are hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement". The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between importcds.com.com and Purchaser relating to the sale of the products ("Products") and/or services ("Services") described in any attachment, or in an subsequent purchase or sales order. No conflicting or final terms or conditions which may appear in any order or other document of Purchaser shall be of any force or effect unless accepted and agreed to in writing by an officer of importcds.com.com.

Price
The prices under this agreement are F.O.B. point of shipment and exclusive of all sales, use, excise or other taxes. The prices set forth shall be in effect until notice in writing from importcds.com.com. Inc. importcds.com.com reserves the right to adjust prices at its discretion with proper notice to Purchaser.
Taxes
Purchaser shall pay all federal, state, and municipal or other sales, use, excise or other taxes, assessments and charges assessed or levied against the products and/or services. Purchaser agrees to pay to importcds.com.com on request any federal, state, municipal or other sales, use, excise or other taxes, assessments or charges payable by importcds.com.com with respect to the products and/or services of the sale thereof.
Delivery
Delivery will be F.O.B. point of shipment. Unless otherwise directed by Purchaser, importcds.com.com will pre-pay the freight and bill Purchaser for shipping and handling charges. Purchaser assumes all risk of loss during delivery of the Products by importcds.com.com to the carrier. In the absence of instructions to the contrary, importcds.com.com, on behalf of the Purchaser, shall exercise its own discretion as to the method of shipment to be used and the selection of the carrier but shall not be deemed thereby to assume any liability in connection with the shipment nor shall the carrier thereby be deemed an agent of importcds.com.com. No goods shall be returned for credit or replacement without prior RMA authorization by importcds.com.com. All goods returned without such prior authorization will not be accepted by importcds.com.com and will be returned to the purchaser freight collect.
Terms of Payment
Except as otherwise stated in any attachment, terms are net due upon purchase. Payment method will be credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), Check, Money Orders, and or Paypal. Checks are accepted subject to collection and the date of collection shall be deemed the date of payment. Any check received from Buyer may be applied by Seller against any obligation owing from Buyer to Seller, regardless of any statement appearing on or referring to such check, without discharging Buyer's liability for any additional amounts owing from Buyer to Seller, and the acceptance by Seller of such check shall not constitute a waiver of Seller's right to pursue the collection of any remaining balance. Buyer shall pay interest on any invoice not paid when due from the due date to the date of payment at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2%) percent per month or such lower rate as may be the maximum allowable by law. If Buyer fails to make payment when due, Seller may pursue any legal or equitable remedies, in which event Seller shall be entitled to reimbursement for costs of collection and reasonable attorneys fees. There shall be no time limit as to when Seller shall pursue any legal or equitable remedies. Reasonable annual costs of collection and attorney fees shall be defined as the greater of a maximum of $50,000, one hundred percent (100%) of compounded collection amount, or maximum allowable by law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
importcds.com.com shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person's negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, and purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless importcds.com.com against further liability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, importcds.com.com shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. Neither importcds.com.com nor purchaser shall be liable for delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement arising out of causes beyond it control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental action, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, embargoes, or severe weather.
General Provisions and Governing Law
This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Neither this agreement nor any variation or modification of this agreement or waiver of any of the terms or provisions hereof shall be deemed valid and binding upon importcds.com.com unless in writing, signed by an officer of importcds.com.com and delivered by importcds.com.com to Purchaser. Failure by either party to enforce the terms hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other term. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the procedural and substantive Laws of the State of California, United States of America (with the exception of the conflicts of laws provisions of such state), and both parties agree that the federal and state courts located in California shall have jurisdiction over any matter arising in connection with the agreement, and hereby submit to such jurisdiction, further, the parties agree that venue for any matter arising in connection with this shall properly lay in the County of Orange, California.

Notices under this agreement shall be in writing and forwarded registered or certified mail, postage prepaid. Notices shall be addressed to:

Once you have placed your order, we send your order through our payment process. Once your order has been processed it is then sent directly to our warehouse where over 90% of all orders ship within 24 hours. Because we house our products, you will benefit from our rapid processing system.
Once your order has been shipped, you will then receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped.
Shipping
Because of the large volume of orders we ship, we are able to bring you very competitive shipping rates. We want to bring our customers the best possible shipping rates. Because of this, if you purchase multiple items from the site, you will receive that same amount of packages. Shipping Rates subject to change without notice.
Domestic Rates
Shipping is a charge of $2.99 + $1.49 for each additional item per order for shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated by special offers or promotions.Please allow an average of 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipments. Shipments can take up to 15 days.
All domestic packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
International Rates
International shipping is a charge of $6.99 + $1.99 for each additional item per order for shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated by special offers or promotions.Please allow an average 7 to 10 business days for international delivery once you receive your shipping confirmation email. Shipments can take up to 30 days.
International orders are shipped via Airmail offered by USPS.
We advise you to check with your local authorities about those fees/delays as customs policies vary with each country. Any customs and import duties that are required once the product reaches its final country of delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays as we have no control over the country's policies. We cannot refund shipping and handling on products that are returned to us due to your country's import restrictions but will refund the product. However, if an item is confiscated due to your country's restrictions, we cannot refund the product or the shipping and handling charges.
Missing Items
On the rare occasion that one of your package(s) and or item(s) has not been delivered, and or a package gets separated from its order, please contact our customer support department. However, please check your invoice to verify that the item has not been backordered. We try and do everything in our power to make sure our customers are satisfied with the service they deserve.
Backordered Items
importcds.com.com maintains a large inventory to minimize backorders. In the event of a backorder, customers are charged only when the title ships to the consumer. The customer can cancel backordered titles anytime prior to shipping.
To cancel an existing backordered item, please contact our customer support department. Be sure to reference your order number in the correspondence. Outstanding orders greater than 30 days will automatically cancel out unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will provide you with full assistance on these rare occasions.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened title within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Note: we do not refund shipping and handling charges unless
- we made an error with your order
- the item was defective or
- the product was damaged in shipping
Please note that some imported items are shipped without plastic wrap. This is standard packaging process used in many countries outside of the USA. Please be assured that the merchandise you receive are NEW unless otherwise noted. In the event an item is found to be damaged or defective, the item will be replaced with a like title. We do not substitute for another item. If the item is of limited quantity or cannot be replaced, we will credit your account upon receipt of the defective merchandise.

What is the CVV Number?
Card Verification Value Code (CVV)
CVV is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand.The CVV code is a security feature for "card not present" transactions (e.g., Internet transactions), and now appears on most (but not all) major credit and debit cards. This new feature is a three- or four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself.
The CVV code helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate. Each credit card company has its own name for the CVV code, but it functions the same for all major card types. (VISA refers to the code as CVV2, MasterCard calls it CVC2, and American Express calls it CID.)
The back panels of most Visa/MasterCard cards contain the full 16-digit account number, followed by the CVV/CVC code. Some banks, though, only show the last four digits of the account number followed by the code. To aid in the prevention of fraudulent credit card use, we now require the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your credit card. When you submit your credit card information your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology certified by a digital certificate.
