Take the sensibility of pop music, the attitude of hip-hop, and the energy of hardcore, put it to a dance beat, then serve it with a little tongue-in-cheek. That's the only way Diamond Liars sees it's fit. Formed in '07 with ex-members of Clarity Process, A Taste For Murder, and current members of Asphalt Thieves, Diamond Liars is poised to forge a new path from learned experiences and mended influences. Through their newly founded label, Urban vinyl hipsters, UNKL Brand and newly created UNKL Records, is set to release Sweaty money as their introduction to the music industry. Recorded at Interlace Audio in Portland, OR by Kris Crummett (Drop Dead Gorgeous, Dance Gavin Dance, Closure in Moscow, and In: Aviate, to name a few), Sweaty Money is a strong well produced introduction for the band. March will see the release of Sweaty Money, the debut of a music video, a new line of fashion forward merch, and tour dates throughout both spring and summer. The Bottom Line- Diamond Liars is all about good friends, good times and a good sense of presentation, with the do's and don'ts in plain view.
