Diane Byington, Ph.D., is a psychotherapist, wellness consultant, and teacher of yoga and chi kung. She incorporates all of these aspects into her guided imagery meditations. This basic chi kung meditation teaches you to move the awareness of the breath to various parts of your body, and to release tension and enjoy imagining yourself as a starfish lying on the beach.
