Product Notes

Phoenix Arizona's Downward Dog is complex, hard hitting rock with a sound that fills the gap between acts like Evanescence, Gwen Stefani and Incubus, Perfect Circle and Linkin Park -- with a little P.J. Harvey and Tori Amos thrown in for good measure. Truly original, powerful, thought provoking and energetic, this quartet stands out amoung it's peers. Kaltaz.com recently awarded the group for winning a battle of the bands and they have been a featured artist at the PF Changs Rock and Roll Marathon for two years running. Downward Dog performs regularly in and around the Phoenix metro area and have become a favorite at Desert Ridge Marketplace and Rio Salado Brewing Co. On Mill Ave. Other notible highlights include performances to more than 12,000 people at the Heber Overgaard Chamber of Commerce's Fireworks Festival in 2002 and 2003 and a two night Spring Break Concert in Rocky Point, Mexico in 2004. They continue to be featured in important local and statewide music events and charity fundraisers including the United Way Music Festival in Yuma early 2005.
