Product Notes

This California-bred hip-hop/singer/songwriter Deuce Maxwell has managed to stand out from the rest of the pack by creating his own mold as opposed to trying to fit into those already provided. The self-taught musician (keyboards/drums) is able to play his way through a series of genres without losing his appeal or straying away from his laid back mood setting approach to music. As a teenager Deuce Maxwell caught the attention of Shock-G, the resident dual personality (producer/vocalist) of the multi-platinum rap group Digital Underground which led to a few meetings with the now defunct Jake records, needless to say nothing ever materialized. Fast forward a few years later, now as an adult, father, and CEO of his own independent record label Clickwest Entertainment, this childhood friend of Nick/Jive recording artist Nick Cannon is preparing to give the world the audio definition of the word 'Smooth' so settle in for awhile because it's going to be a long ride with next household name to be Deuce Maxwell.
