'Railway Spikes and Bomb Shelters' - Fineas Gage If Foo Fighters, Metric and Mars Volta had a massive one night stand, their love child might sound a lot like Fineas Gage. Named for the historic railway accident victim, Fineas Gage brings together Victoria based musicians Mariel Miller, Tara Lynn, Brendan O'Byrne (B-Unit), and Derek Zemanek (Junior) to create songs that are guaranteed to "stick in your head like a railway spike". After recording in Victoria and at the Factory in Vancouver, Fineas Gage completed their debut album "Bombshelter Honeymoon" and released it in November. Along with "Bombshelter Honeymoon" the Band also released their Music Video "Can You Hear Me Now" created by Broken Mirror films. Prior to forming Fineas Gage, band member's achievements include multiple international tours, former members of BigMuff, showcases at NXNE, and features on Much Music's Indy Spotlight and Going Coastal. Keep your eye out for Fineas Gage's upcomming Video Release for 'Art won't make you beautiful' this year. Enjoy the CD!!
