From The Past, The songs on this CD were all written and recorded in the 1950 Era the method was referred to as Cold Tape Recording. There were no 16 trackboards to mix down the final project songs were repeated until the best sound was accomplished,We used 2 or 4 track Mono recorders likely as not the studio was a radio station where live shows went out each week; The Bastile Blues was the first commercial effort by this artist and was leased to a small Label in Florida, It gathered a lot of air play and lead to other Labels trying to sign Crosby after this release Crosby appeared on such labels as Lorida,Air,Top Fifty,NRS,Pine TRee, Tornado to name a few all so released on White Records-HOLLAND,Cottage Records-ENGLAND and Battyman RECORDS in Austrailia.
