Total running time: 59 minutes Although John Herron and Eric Hausmann had never met, they traded albums with each other through the mail after reading each others reviews in various magazines. They had written to each other and discussed the idea of putting out an album together. Within a few weeks, John sent Eric an hour's worth worth of drums and percussion tracks. Eric immediately went to work, adding guitars to each one. This album deliberately attempts to have both instrumentalists sounds stand side by side on each track. Recorded in 1994. Now remastered in digital CD goodness. _____ Eric Hausmann plays guitar, the Chapman Stick, trumpet, drums and cello. He's performed with Tres Gone, The Lions of Batucada, Kings on Straw Mats, Brainwarmer, Spilling Static Orchestra, Ancient Chinese Secret, The Gone Orchestra, Locust Pudding and Amscray Amok. In addition to his solo music, Eric has produced the work of artists from across the U.S., Japan, The U.K., Germany and South Africa, totalling more than 50 albums over the last 15 years. Eric also produces short films and plans to release a compilation DVD of his work in the future.
