Product Notes

Honeyspott is a group of musicians coming together to make music for the right reasons. Whether they are social, artistic, enviromental, or economic, we hope to make music that can entertain AND serve a purpose. The band came together for a week on nantucket to make a CD \'bubblegumbo\', and walked away with 7 songs in 7 days. Two of those songs: \'long white line of lies\' and \'war-revisited\', were recorded with our Iraqi war veterans in mind, and have found their way onto a benefit ep in support of the injured marines semper fi fund\'s housing assistance program. Proceeds from this disc will help to retrofit injured Iraqi veterans homes, to help make their transition back into their own homes easier. The imsff has been retrofitting injured u.s. marines and naval personel nationally for years, and has a stellar record of service, and funds used for programing. By donating funds to the imsff housing assistance program, we all have the opportunity to help them reach more in need. For more information on the imsff please go to to our website.
