Born in Blytheville, Arkansas, Jeremy Whaley had no indication of what his future would hold. Growing up in a family with a very strong Christian background, Jeremy developed an interest for music at an early age. At age 5, he began playing the drums. This was the first indication that he enjoyed the different types of rhythm and harmony that music conveyed. By age 8, he was singing in the church choir, continuing to gain strength through his voice and abilities to show he was a natural leader. At age 12, he started singing choral music. At 16, Jeremy started writing gospel songs, R&B songs, and using his gifts to enhance the musical direction of the church choir. At age 17, he taught himself how to play the keyboard, building his musical background as being a multi-talented musician. At 18, he began recording his own music in a home studio. By the age of 19, Jeremy was writing songs for weddings and accepting many invitations to perform at private bookings. At 21, he started working with different local producers: making tracks, writing songs and recording. Presently, J. Whaley is continuing to write new music and promote his first independent project, "The Service Station".
