Cardio/Sculpt Fitness offers a complete workout which includes fun and challenging cardio, effective upper body sculpting, no-dread lower body toning and abdominals. Nothing is missed in this workout by Kelly Coffey-Meyer! Format: A warm-up is followed by 5 unique training sections. Each has a cardio segment that is followed by 2 sets of weights for the upper or lower body. A short cardio burst packs a punch between these two sets before going on to the next section. After all 5 sections, abdominal work is done to rock & roll music from an up and coming group. The variety of the moves makes this AB work effective, but the music makes it enjoyable. The workout concludes with a full-body stretch to send you off to conquer the day.
