Product Notes

Shihan Bertrand Kron, 6th Dan FFK, Godan IKO, Europe championship finalist of Kata Kyokushinkai, presents in this third DVD his superior advanced Katas: Seiienchin, Garyu, Seipai, Kanku and Sushi Ho, along with two bonus breathing Katas: Sanchin and Tensho. Each kata is broken down in different angles and then clearly explained. The complex sequences of movements are then shown with concrete examples (bunkai) in the idea of Kyokushinkai: technical respect of the kata movement, but with realistic fight action. Sensei J+-r+¦me de Timmerman then shows the complete kata. Two examples of fighting techniques (Bunkai Kumite) are also shown for each kata as extra practice. This DVD is an effective training tool, the result of 25 years of personal research and teaching of the Branch-Chief of FKOK, and also official kata instructor at the European summer camp Kyokushinkai of Papendal. Languages: English - French - Spanish - German; Extra Features: Breathing Katas Sanchin and Tensho.
