Laurent Fontanel is one of those artists who have something to say. Most of the texts of his songs, written by authors with who he works, an by himself, are expressing poetry, nostalgia, optimism or hope. Laurent has started music when he was fifteen years-old. He has taken piano lessons (classical and jazz) with a private teacher during four years, and has also taken clarinet lessons in a musical school during two years. He has already played in rock bands (ELECTRIC SOUND, EXCALIBUR) in which he made his first arms as a musician (on the keyboards). In september 2006, when he was 38 years-old, he has released his first CD single, with 2 titles : « Le doux rêveur » & « Pluie d'automne », that he sings and that he has written the music. The texts were written by his friend Saïd BANJA. In september 2008, at 40 years-old, he releases his first album « Ecris ».
