This recording is dedicated to the memory of my Dad, the piano man, Dick Baker, who opened the door to the wonders of a life in music. He was my first music teacher, patient and encouraging, assuring me that by playing an instrument I'd be invited to all the parties. This dedication extends to the many fine musicians & music enthusiasts no longer with us who freely shared knowledge and experience with me. Especially to my master teacher, friend and mentor Red Callender. (Come back to this page for more details later) Special thanks to the bandmembers---it wouldn't have happened without you! Our music is accessible Jazz....you can access you copy here at cdbabay.com see ya at the parties!!
