Much like the actual act of writing a letter to an editor, this project is our voice of expression to the general public. At this point, our focus is on expressing ourselves musically and biographically. Our goal is to make music that pleases our listeners as well as each member of the band. We pride ourselves on crafting thoughtful songs, sounding clean in a live setting, and putting on an entertaining and exciting show. Members of the band met each other while attending Bowling Green State University's College of Music in the fall of 2004. In the following months all members of the band were introduced. The group soon began writing and performing together and strong connections were made both mentally and musically. From that point on, we've worked relentlessly towards creating a stronger bond and playing tighter as a band. Following several months of writing and rehearsing, we were fortunate enough to receive financial support from friends of the band who saw potential in the project and were willing to invest. This crucial support gave us the freedom not only to record in an incredible space (John Schwab Recording, Columbus), but also to take the time that was needed to create a product that we would be proud to present. After three months of recording, mixing, and mastering, the self-titled EP is now finished and ready to be spread. We are fully aware of the current conditions of the music business and have studied the commercially successful. It is our honest opinion that quality of music has suffered greatly amongst up and coming bands, not only in regards to radio, but also in a live setting, more specifically on the college campus. In addition to pleasing our listeners, it is also our goal to affect this low-quality standard in what we believe to be a positive way. In closing, we'd like to thank you in advance for the opportunity to share our music with you. We all are extremely grateful for the freedom to play, sing, and share music day in and day out.
