In the sixth and final series of Lovejoy, Ian McShane's (Deadwood) raffish antiques dealer may have finally found some professional and personal stability. But if the cutthroat, underhanded world of antiquities has taught him anything, it's that looks can be very deceiving. Spirited auctioneer Charlotte Cavendish (Caroline Langrishe, Judge John Deed) finally starts to take Lovejoy's romantic overtures seriously. But doing so may put her in grave danger when a vengeful murderer comes to settle a score with Lovejoy. Tinker (Dudley Sutton, The Beiderbecke Connection) and Beth (Diane Parish, EastEnders) aren't immune to the trade's drawbacks either, as they are constantly at odds with thieves, the police, and each other. Thanks to Lovejoy's years of experience, he stands to benefit from some of the rarest, most valuable antiques he's ever encountered. But to do so, he'll have to face a lifetime's worth of enemies at every turn.
