The long-awaited follow up to Markus Rollwage´s debut album 'King for a day' furthers his way to the soul of the modern pop music. Simple guitar tunes and grungy riffs are paired with gentle string lines and brass hits. Markus Rollwage is a singer/guitarist/songwriter who has played with Paul Carrack, Kunze, Ian Anderson and Roger Chapman had the great opportunity to record his songs with the GermanPops Orchestra. Markus Rollwage, guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, producer and arranger studied classical and electric guitar (KA,ME and SM) at the University of Luebeck in Germany by Prof Albert Aigner and Rock/Pop/Jazz by Prof. Bernd Ruf. and Rock/Pop/Jazz at McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, Minnesota by Dr. Mike Bogle, Tim Lyles and Paul Krueger. In 2006 Markus Rollwage recorded his first Solo-CD "King for a day".
