As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him 'Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?' 'Neither this man nor his parents sinned,' said Jesus, 'but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.' John 9:1-4 This scripture speaks so deeply to Minister Vincent because God has taken him to a higher level, musically and spiritually, through being visually impaired. Vincent says, 'The work of God is so evident because he has supplied all my needs and my musical ability has gone to a whole other level. For as long as I can remember, I have been playing the piano, keyboard, and organ. There is always music playing in my head, and there are notes and chords that I would hear but could not play. While playing my instruments blind, these notes and chords became a part of me so that what I used to hear and not play now flows through me. My musical arrangements are so much better in blindness.' Ordained Praise is a group of talented youth from around the San Francisco Bay Area. They have brought energy and excitement to each song. The soloists, DGeorge Hines, Courtney Knott, Angelica Giampaoli, Gabriella Giampaoli, and Tabitha Ballard each sing extensively throughout the Bay area and are established artists in their own right.
