THE MUSIC MESSENGER'S STORY A car accident with a near death experience made The Music Messenger. Before the accident he had written songs from the age of thirteen. Inspirations would come any time, sometimes at inconvenient times, at school, while watching a movie, in a restaurant, on the street, when sleeping etc. When inspirations came he had to stop whatever he was doing to write the songs. One day he was driving down a highway when an inspiration came, but he didn't stop to write the song because he didn't want to be late to work. After he realized these inspirations were interfering with his work activities, he swore that when he would get home he would burn all his songs and he would never stop his activities to write another song when inspired. Twenty seconds after this decision, a big truck crossed into his path. His car went under the truck between the rear and front wheels, and the rear wheels ran over the roof of his car, hitting his head. His spirit had fled from his body one second before the accident, and it went to the sky through a tunnel of light, at the end of which eleven people were waiting for him. Three of them were saying, 'We need him here,' but he said, 'I'm sorry, I can't go now because I have a lot of people to help.' Having said that, one of them said 'Don't get any closer; wait!' and they started talking among themselves. While waiting, he could not understand what they were saying. After they stopped talking, one of them came closer and said 'Ok! You may go, but remember this is your last chance!' Immediately his spirit went back to his body and he regained consciousness. He was no longer in his own car, but someone else's. He looked at the driver and asked, 'Who are you? Where am I?' The driver answered: You had a car accident and you were taken to the hospital for examination. You apparently suffered no physical harm; but we are taking you to a bigger city to see a brain specialist because you manifested some very odd mental symptoms. You could walk if someone would grab your hand to make you walk. Your eyes were opened, but you could not see. You could not hear or speak either. There was no reaction from any of your senses. The doctor pinched your arm, hit your knees, yelled at you, clapped in front of your eyes, but you didn't respond to anything in any way. Arriving at the brain specialist's hospital, he was asked personal information such as 'What is your name?' And he answered, 'I don't know!' He had amnesia. He didn't remember his family, his girlfriend or his friends. Before undergoing brain exams, the brain specialist told his family, 'Be prepared! According to the symptoms he probably has brain damage.' After all the exams were finished, his doctor said, 'This might be a miracle because there is nothing wrong with his brain, and the only explanation I have for his loss of memory is that with the accident his brain shook so much that it lost all it's data.' After this incident, he tried to relearn everything to get his life back to normal, but any time he was concentrating a hundred percent of his energy on non-music related activity, he would feel unbearable physical pain and desperate mental anguish. The only way to feel better was to follow the impulse that led him toward writing songs. And to this day he understands and accepts this mandate to create music. ####.
