Vocalist Kathy Fisher and her band, Fisher, were signed to Universal Records after garnering 3 million downloads of their single “I Will Love You” on MP3.com. With that release and her two independent releases Fisher has sold 200,000 albums to date. Fisher toured with Duncan Sheik and David Gray and rose to the Top 10 callout lists at a number of radio stations. They were profiled in Time, Entertainment Weekly, and the Los Angeles Times as vanguards of the digital music revolution. Their television performances include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Regis and Kelly.  Fisher has performed in 500-600 seat venues such as Slims in San Francisco, the Belly Up in San Diego, the Village Underground in New York City and the Paradise in Boston. As an opening act, Fisher has performed in 2000 seat venues like the House of Blues in New Orleans, the Backyard in Austin, Texas and large outdoor concerts of over 30,000 in attendance at the Half Shell in Boston, and Cox Arena in San Diego.
