Product Notes

Reap The Flowers is the first release by Massachusetts native, Peter Adzima. Recorded on Cape Cod at Maclean Studios, it features Peter on vocals and acoustic guitar. Bruce Maclean, co-producer, surrounds the songs with some bass, electric guitar and deftly adds the keyboards of Alan Sheinfeld. The instruments compliment the songs, bringing them to their fullness without any overproduction. His friends say his style is that of James Taylor meets John Denver. One can hear the comparisons in his introspective lyrics and his soothing voice. Peter's favorites on the CD. What's It Worth. A questioning of life's meaning when nothing seems to be going right. We're Not Soulmates. A look at breaking off a relationship when you love someone, but come to realize that your differences are just too great. Come Shine Your Light My Way. A light, breezy 'I'm in love' song. (Check out the nifty trombone harmonies!) Reap the Flowers. A story of the demise of the American, small farmer. Shortly after recording Reap the Flowers, Peter moved to Nashville to record his second CD, Leave A Pearl, with Wild Oats Records. Leave a Pearl can also be purchased on CD Baby.
