Composer Philip Elcano created this beautiful music when he found out that his wife was pregnant with their second child. Philip worked closely with his wife, other couples in childbirth education classes, as well as prenatal instructors during the creation of the music. The result was a tone and beat that is ideally suited for controlled, relaxed breathing . This soothing music is ideal for: *Massage and Body Work *Sharing intimate moments *Visualization and Meditation *Relaxation and stress reduction *Calming children and adults for sleep *Controlled breathing for child birth Elcano has created a gentle, expressive mix of acoustic and electronic music along with the sounds of nature. This 90-minute album has similar instrumentation throughout, but never sounds too much the same. The title track opens serenely with pure tones of harp and breathy flute elegantly blending with thunder. Then the rain falls. "Starry Night at Crystal Bay" features echoing grand piano with harp and flute over an entrancing, soft synthesizer motif, which transports the listener to a celestial night at Lake Tahoe high in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This is an album as simple and mystical as the cycles of nature, rich with beauty and serenity. -Wahaba Heartsun Music Reviewer Massage Magazine.
