Potwisha Eric Kjorlien & Friends[CD]
Potwisha The following is the song list with descriptions: Make It Happen This was the theme song for the project. It seemed fitting to put this standard rock song first on the album. The Keeper We then jumped to the psychedelic. I think of the composition as a kaleidoscope. In the verses, the chord structure repeats every 3 measures while the lyrics land in 4 measure phrases. Then the mystical guitar solo features it's own offset patterns. The Stephanie Song This song is of my daughter when she was a fun, precious, and beautiful little baby girl. It is her artwork as a 3-year-old which adorns the front of the album. Perfect Day A song of a typical, ordinary day viewed as perfect. Breakfast for the Masses Another rocker. This one was probably most influenced by the dry sarcasm of Graham Parker. Tools for Access I suppose that I should give the B52's some credit for the influence on this one. Dysmal 'Bysmal Drudgery Here's a metal one. It explores how depression defies common sense. WeB20thC Here's hard rocker about American attitudes which contribute to the destruction of our planet. Strange and Wonderful Place It's obvious here that I am a Moody Blues fan. Call It for Rain This is a simple rock tune that for me becomes more meaningful as time goes on. Scandinavian White Boy Blues This is the most biographical tune.
