Japan original pressing. Recorded in London, AB'S-2 sees the band move toward a sharper and more technical sound, blending Japanese AOR, fusion, rock, and polished 1980s studio production. Centered on the guitar work of Fujimaru Yoshino and Makoto Matsushita, with Naoki Watanabe and Atsuo Okamoto providing a tight rhythmic foundation, the album delivers both sophistication and energy. Highlights include the reggae-tinged groove of "Japanese Punkish Girl," while "Morning Dew" and "Just a Rainy Blues" showcase a smoother, urban feel. A strong choice for listeners seeking city pop-adjacent Japanese AOR with exceptional musicianship and progressive depth.
