Through a handful of hit songs ("Love in C Minor," "Supernature," "Gimme Love"), French disco maestro Marc Cerrone made the entire American club culture pulsate, along with the hedonists from the pre-Regan era. Like a revolving disco ball, in 2016 he issued Afro which found the producer/drummer going back to the source with a passionate tribute to Africa and it's syncopated, spontaneous and original rhythms.
