Prof. Alex Bradford's celebrity rested on his monumental 1954 hit "I'm Too Close To Heaven". In 1962, The Beatles' publicist, Tony Barrow raved about the professor's burning energy and fierce exuberance in the musical "Black Nativity". The recordings on this CD paved the way for Prof. Bradford's international stardom.
