Along with Joshua Redman and Joe Lovano, Cyrus Chestnut has emerged as a major jazz star of the last several years. He has been asked to play piano with the likes of vocalist Jon Hendricks, trumpeter Terence Blanchard and singer Betty Carter. His newest release features the talents of Christian McBride on bass and Carl Allen on drums.
