Product Notes

Vinyl LP pressing. 2018 release. Actress and singer Scarlett Johansson and American singer-songwriter Pete Yorn have returned with new music, following the duo's 2009 release Break Up, which was certified platinum in France. The EP, titled Apart, features the new euphoric electro-pop single "Bad Dreams." Apart features four new songs, including "Bad Dreams," along with a reworking a song from Yorn's 2016 album Arranging Time. Yorn said that the concept for their original collaboration was realized in a dream he had. The project was inspired by Serge Gainsbourg's 1967 and 1968 albums with Brigitte Bardot. After their initial collaboration, Johansson went on to explore other musical outlets with supergroups like The Singles and Sugar For Sugar, but it's to Yorn she returns.
