"Where what where" is an eclectic musical journey, inspired by family, friends, travel and the world of TV and cinema. Largely instrumental with occasional vocal loops the album transports the listener into a musical landscape of lush layered sound. Incorporating such diverse influences as electronica, alternative rock, down-tempo, folk, nu-jazz with a twist of lounge whilst not forgetting the all important killer tune that completes the unique musical ride. At the core of Attic Trax is Richard Jacob, a record producer in a former life who now dabbles on keys and trombone. Steve Jones the yet to be discovered genius of layered guitar sound and soloing on keys and piano Klay D-C formerly of the MOBO winning Jazz Steppers. The glue is tightly applied by Steve Evans on bass.
