Wolfgang Mitschke's new jazz album, 'Behind the Skyline', whilst featuring forays into fusion jazz, is predominantly in the traditional 'old-time' style and offers a glimpse into the golden age of jazz history, with a particular focus on the musical legacy of the legendary jazz pianist Horst Jankowski (1936-1998).
