Below Zero

Based on a true events, a desperate screenwriter paralyzed by writer's block finds himself trapped in an abandoned slaughterhouse and is tormented by a horrific serial killer of his own creation. Locked in a freezer, he sinks into a claustrophobia-induced paranoia, where he can't distinguish what is reality from what is written on his pages.
