Best known for his Elvis "sound-alike" voice, Terry Stafford is also a very successful songwriter ("Amarillo by Morning" for George Strait and "Big in Vegas" for Buck Owens); his first big hit was in 1964 with the song "Suspicion" (the track went to #3 on the Top 40 radio chart). Along with that song, this album showcases several of Terry's other works, including the Top 30 hit "I'll Touch a Star" (1964), "Pocket Full of Rainbows," "Kiss Me Quick" and "The Joke's on Me."
