Formed in the middle of the Alps in Innsbruck in 2017, Black Corona fuses melody and groove and into their own take on metal music. The partly clean and shouted vocals are accompanied by spherical guitar melodies that can switch to ripping riffs in a moment's notice. On their debut album they present eight songs as well as a tribute to the Swedish melodic death metal giants "At the Gates". Midtempo beats, low-tuned guitars and soaring melodies are the soul and body of this opus. If Black Coronas sounds would need to be defined, fitting labels could be Melodic Death Metal, Groove Metal and Metal Core. Their uniqueness to combine these music styles presents a sound genre which needs to be heard. Black Corona is now ready for the release of their new album "The Mission" which will be released worldwide May 22nd through Art Gates Records.
