Dumped by his girlfriend, 24-year-old billboard hanger Kristofferson sinks into a slump. But he is forced to come out of his depression when a twist of fate puts his video diaries in the hands of a popular television station. With his inner turmoil turned into public entertainment, Kristofferson's life seems strangely full of possibility. But in the process of becoming a minor celebrity, Kristofferson realizes that fame comes at price. While he may be comfortable exploiting his own misery and foolishness for a dollar, his friends don't necessarily feel the same way.
