Liquid City release as leader of his Seattle-based ensemble, Brazilian pianist and composer Jovino Santos Neto has created a collection of pieces dedicated to his hometown of Rio de Janeiro which was nominated as Best Latin Jazz Album for the 2004 Latin Grammys.
