Product Notes
While spending 3 months in the great Northwest, an extreme change of emotion and surrounding from the fields of Indiana, I was taken on a clear and far journey to the soul of the matter. The Three Sisters of the Cascade Mt. Range welcomed my inspiration with their wonders of the great unknown. With an incredible environment and many late nights with Deschutes micro brews and swirling smokey guitar licks, this collection of songs was created and has become a debut album not to pass up. The majority of this album was recorded in Springfield, VT throughout the spring and summer of 2004. The songs are all Dan Walker originals written during the summer of 2003 in Bend, Oregon excluding the fan favorite, 'Radiation'. Roy Wallace recorded, mixed & mastered the album as well as performed drums, percussion, fiddle and vocals. He is an incredible ear for collaboration and is currently the executive recording engineer at River City Studios in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
