As FBI Agent Ralph Dickson, B-movie workhorse Grant Withers (Rio Grande) goes up against sultry starlet Evelyn Brants (Underworld) Carney, the Illustrious One the eponymous Daughter of Tong, a ruthless gang leader. Naturally, a fatal battle of wits ensues as Dickson penetrates further and further into Carneys deleterious underworld to discover the identity of the man (or woman) who murdered his colleague in cold blood.
