Death Rides the Range

Western star Ken Maynard heads the cast of this peculiar hybrid of murder mystery in a western setting. Maynard plays an undercover G-Man who, along with his pals Pancho and Panhandle (Julian Rivero and Ralph Peters) stumble upon a plot involving foreign agents taking control of a helium mine. This feature was directed by the prodigious Sam Newfield for Colony Pictures, a short-live company known for such potboilers as The Shadow Strikes and Flaming Lead.
