Product Notes
Divorce centers on suburban exes Frances (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Robert (Thomas Haden Church), who, after more than a decade of marriage and two children, find themselves caught up in the lengthy process of unwinding their relationship. Picking up with the surprisingly unceremonious occasion of signing their divorce papers, Season 2 finds Frances and Robert each dealing with the aftermath of their drawn-out separation, and learning to rebuild their lives. While Frances throws herself into her gallery full-time, Robert moves ahead with his house-flipping venture, and each take steps to get back in the dating game. Along the way, Frances and Robert try to maintain normalcy and set boundaries for their kids, juggling their obligations to friends, family, new love-interests and each other, with mixed success. With sharp, observant humor, Divorce mines the awkward moments and intense emotions of two people trying to embrace lifes changes - and move on with their lives - after their divorce.
