The film opens with survivors who take you along on their harrowing escape from Paradise, California as the town ignited from wind-driven embers and burned within a few hours of the fire's start. The film presents real solutions that people can do to their homes and communities to prevent the destruction experienced in recent fires in Oregon, Colorado, California, Hawaii, Washington and the world through the voices of firefighters and Indigenous fire lighters, earth and climate experts. The film answers how we live with wildfire in an increasingly hotter, drier future. Narrated by David Oyelowo.
