Product Notes
Naomi Scott's debut album 'F.I.G.' is the clear and intentional debut from the London-born singer, songwriter and artist.
Produced by Lido (Jordan Ward, Ariana Grande, Aminé), 'F.I.G' is an artistically-rich, world-building body of work which sees Scott deliver a collection of 11 songs that reflect inspirations from across the soundscape of her life. From the soulful church music of her youth (Mary Mary, Kim Burrell), through to the '80s stars that populated her dad's Windows Media Player (Michael Jackson, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush), to the blog-era alt-pop heroes of her teens (Jessie Ware, Robyn et al), 'F.I.G' rings with the tantalising spectres of these influences but transports them somewhere thrillingly new. This is the work of an artist in her own right, delivering her most personal and confident work to date. Naomi closed out a huge year in music on a high with the release of the swirling pop confessional "Sweet Nausea" last November, with track support from Radio 1 Future Pop; the UK live debut of her new music with two hometown shows at London's Moth Club; as well a slot supporting Blood Orange at Alexandra Palace in November. Other 2025 highlights include her debut performance in North America at Lollapalooza festival, "Sweet Nausea" live video with Glamcult TV, and editorial features with Rolling Stone, i-D, Paper Magazine, and more.Credits
