Product Notes
Famed B-movie cowboy star Bill Cody (The Vanishing Riders, Blazing Justice) plays the daring and fearless undercover Wells Fargo agent Bill Maywood in this early talkie Western from genre director Robert F. Hill (Flash Gordon, Tarzan the Fearless). When Maywood, posing as his alter ego The Pinto Kid, strolls into a small frontier town to investigate a stagecoach holdup, an unfortunate series of circumstances causes him to become an unwitting suspect for the very murder he is looking into. Meanwhile, his would-be beau, Beth, finds herself in a terrible predicament when an unwanted suitor threatens to foreclose on her fathers land unless she capitulates to his perverse advances. Together, Bill and Bess must work together to help solve each others dilemmas and uncover the true culprit who perpetrated the stagecoach holdup.
