When the head of an organized crime syndicate in Germany is assassinated, the fight for his successor begins. Two businessmen - who each think they are the heir apparent to the throne - try by any means to take his place. What the duo didn't count on, however, was the involvement of the corrupt local police department, who see this power vacuum as an opportunity to increase their influence in the syndicate.
