Due to a decree to keep his widow faithful after he was gone, Karen (Marg Helgenberger) faces losing a $15 million inheritance when she falls for a man (David Caruso) to whom her mob boss husband was indebted. Together, the two contend against a hitman (Jeff Kober), who has been sent to enforce the will, but ultimately plots to get the money for himself. Adapted from Elmore Leonards New York Times best selling crime novel of the same name, GOLD COAST was directed by Peter Weller (RoboCop, Star Trek Into Darkness), who previously starred in the film Cat Chaser based on the novel of the same name by Leonard. The movie also features performances from Guillermo Diaz (Scandal, Weeds), Jim R. Coleman (My Brother and Me, Bloodline) and Barry Primus (American Hustle, New York, New York).
