Originally unleashed in 1993, Hammer Smashed Face is the undisputed cornerstone of death metal history. Serving as the lead EP for the band's legendary Tomb of the Mutilated era, this release features the savage, unedited title track that famously broke into mainstream pop culture via the comedy classic Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. Backed with crushing covers of Black Sabbath and Possessed, this is an absolute mandatory centerpiece for vinyl collectors, completionists, and any self-respecting extreme music fan. Features the Hammer Smashed Face cover art by Vince Locke on a premium 12" picture disc!
