Almost-was NBA player Mark Cooper (Mark Curry) is done with school and just starting out, so it's a good thing he's got a place to call home alongside two roomies, childhood pal Robin Dumars (Dawnn Lewis) and her other bestie, Vanessa Russell (Holly Robinson). Living in Oakland, Mark gets a substitute teaching job in nearby San Francisco thanks to music teacher Robin, but quickly learns that he's behind the curve when it comes to controlling a class of first graders. So it's a good thing Full House's Michelle Tanner (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) is on hand to help break him in during the second episode.
